Some Basic Questions Asked From Us !

How do I get to the hotel?

Prepaid taxis are available at the Airport for Rs.250/- to Rs.360/-. Or you can take Airport express Metro line to Aerocity Metro station. Hotel is 10 minute walk from the Aerocity Metro Station.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is from 12:00 PM on the day of arrival. All arrival prior to 6:00 am will be billed from the previous night. Check-in after 6.00 am will be charged 50% of the room rate if rooms are available.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you wish to stay on up till 6.00 pm, subject to availability of room, half day tariff shall be applicable after that full day tariff will be charged.

Do you have a shuttle service to and from the Airport?

The hotel provides 24-Hour shuttle service to and from the International and Domestic Airports. This service can be booked and confirmed in advance and the fare will be Rs.500/- + Rs. 350/- (Parking Charges) (1 Cab/ 3 persons) for the Pick-up and Rs.350/- for Drop-off.

Is breakfast included in the room tariff?

Continental and Indian Breakfast is included in Super Deluxe & Executive Room category and is served from 07:30 am to 10:30 am in the restaurant.

Do you have a restaurant in the hotel?

Continental, Indian and Chinese cuisines are served at our Bar-Be-Que restaurant.

Is the price per room or per person?

The price is per person.

Do you have wired and wireless internet connection in the rooms?

Wireless (Wi-Fi) internet is available in entire property and wired internet with headsets and Skype is available in the Lobby.

How many persons can stay in 1 room?

We allow maximum 3 persons in 1 room. (With extra bed for Rs.700/-).

Can I store my luggage?

We are more than happy to store your luggage free of charge, if you arrive before we can check you in or when you are leaving and you want to carry on exploring the area for the same day. Otherwise if you want to leave your luggage for a longer period of time charges are Rs.50/- per night for the storage.

What is your cancellation policy?

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Please note that rates are subject to Government Taxes.

Do you require ID Proof?

Foreign nationals must carry valid passport with Indian visa and Indian nationals must carry a valid Government-issued Photo Identification Proof at the time of check-in. (Pan Card is not acceptable).
